Ferrero Posher Cake
What's it all about?
A cake that tastes like those famous little truffles, with the crunchy hazelnuts, creamy hazelnut filling and the iconic gold finish? What will we think of next? Delicious on every level and almost impossible to resist.
Sponge: Four layers of our delicious chocolate sponge made with Valrhona cocoa and Belgian chocolate chips.
Filling: Filled with Nutella Swiss meringue buttercream, lashings of Nutella and a sprinkle of caramelised hazelnut praline.
Frosting: Frosted in our less sweet Nutella Swiss meringue icing and then covered in caramelised hazelnut praline. If that’s not enough, the cake is covered in a layer of Belgian chocolate ganache!
Decoration: The finished ganache-covered cake is lacquered with a special edible gold spray to bring the wow! Finished with handmade and hand-rolled hazelnut truffles, swirls of frosting and handmade mini chocolate bars.

Cake care
Your Flavourtown cake is best eaten on the day you get your hands on it, but we know that often, our customers like to have their cake the day before the event. Storing your cake is easy; keep it in its box in a cool room or store it in the fridge if it’s particularly warm. If you keep your cake chilled, allow three to four hours for it to come to room temperature and for the sponge to soften.
Hand Delivery & Collection
London delivery is available for all our products. We deliver every day between 8am - 5pm, and you can choose your delivery date in checkout.
If you'd prefer to collect your order, you can collect from our Fulham and Richmond shops every day, or our Park Royal bakery between Monday - Saturday.
