What's it all about?
Flavourtown cakes are pretty special, and our Mermaid Cake is the ULTIMATE celebration cake. An amazing, delicious six-layer cake under the sea-themed party cake.
Sponge: Six layers of alternating pink, aqua and purple Madagascan vanilla Mermaid “Rainbow” sponges.
Filling: Our super silky soft Swiss meringue buttercream.
Frosting: Swiss meringue buttercream made with organic Lescure butter and Madagascan vanilla.
Decoration: Think magical world at the bottom of the sea! Beautiful piping, handmade seashell decorations, mini white chocolate balls, our special mermaid sprinkle mix, and a handmade mermaid tail! Finished with a Belgian chocolate drip and swirls of pink frosting.

Cake care
Your Flavourtown cake is best eaten on the day you get your hands on it, but we know that often, our customers like to have their cake the day before the event. Storing your cake is easy; keep it in its box in a cool room or store it in the fridge if it’s particularly warm. If you keep your cake chilled, allow three to four hours for it to come to room temperature and for the sponge to soften.
Hand Delivery & Collection
London delivery is available for all our products. We deliver every day between 8am - 5pm, and you can choose your delivery date in checkout.
If you'd prefer to collect your order, you can collect from our Fulham and Richmond shops every day, or our Park Royal bakery between Monday - Saturday.
